Survivor Winner Ethan Zohn Battling Cancer
The winner of Survivor: Africa is in chemotherapy after being diagnosed with Hodgkin's cancer disease.
Former Survivor winner Ethan Zohn is battling cancer, with girlfriend and former Survivor winner Jenna Morasca by his side.
People magazine reports that Ethan Zohn, 35 years old, was diagnosed this month with a rare form of Hodgkin's disease. He began chemotherapy last Friday.
"This is the ultimate game of Survivor," Zohn told the magazine. "There's really only one outcome, and that's to win. There's no other option."
Ethan Zohn won $1 million in Survivor's third season, which set in Africa, and also competed again in the Survivor: All Stars edition. He probably expects to lose his famous crop of curly hair within two weeks, after the chemotherapy progress.
